Declaration of the Protection of Personal Data

Aja-Lina d.o.o, Koroška cesta 65, 3320 Velenje, hereinafter referred to as the Controller, adopts the following statement on the protection of personal data in accordance with the Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data – GDPR (EU2016/679) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).

General

We pay a great deal of attention to the privacy of our visitors and customers in our online store. We are aware that the personal information you provide us with, is considered sensitive information, therefore we are committed to protecting the data from misuse, disclosure, unauthorized access, and under no circumstances will they be disclosed to third parties. All information will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided. The delivery service (Post of Slovenia) will only be entrusted with the necessary information for the delivery of the ordered products (name and surname of the consignee, delivery address, phone number and an e-mail for informing on the status of the package).

Which personal data is collected, processed, stored and the reason for its use?

With your permission we process and hold only the personal information you provide us and are listed below: We collect information on the services you use on the website and how you use them, using the   ________________(Google Analytics) tool.  In this case, personal information is processed by Google.

The visit on the website www.aja-lina.si can be made as a visitor, who can sign up to receive newsletters or as a buyer, who can sign up as a user.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive newsletter updates, special offers and discounts.

As a visitor you can subscribe to the newsletter through the Contact form on the website or through Subscribe to the newsletter section.  In these cases, we collect and process the following information:

First and last name (not at Subscribe to the newsletter) – so that we can address you correctly,

e-mail – to send you e-newsletters,

IP address – to provide an audit trail, which will serve as a case of proofing.

If you wish to become a user, register online. At the first registration you can subscribe to receive newsletters, which can be done any time later as well (you can do so in the section my profile – my data).

In this case we collect the following user information for the purpose of providing the offered services:

Name and surname - for the purpose of addressing and invoicing,

delivery address - for the purpose of invoicing and delivery of the ordered items,

contact phone number - to inform you about the order or the products currently out of stock, or for order verification purposes or consulting,

e-mail address - for sending you the order summary, notification of the order or products currently out of stock, or for order verification or consulting,

encrypted password - to make sure you do not forget your password,

other information that you voluntarily enter in forms in the online store (e.g. entered notes when placing an order, entering a message when submitting a contact form).

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timelines of the data, entered by the users. The user alone is responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his/her username and password.

Users have the right to access or correct personal information. All the information we keep on the users are accessible on your profile, where users can make certain modifications. Visitors and users can also send changes or modifications of personal data to an e-mail address ajalina@aja-lina.si. Users are also entitled to data portability, which means that the data controller has to provide you the data in a structured and readable form.

How long do we keep your personal information?

Personal information is stored until you unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter at any time by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of the received newsletter or by sending us a notification titled "UNSUBSCRIBE" at ajalina@aja-lina.si.

If you are an existing user and have ever placed an order in the online store, you can also request the deletion of your information, even if you do not receive the newsletters. Send us your request to ajalina@aja-lina.si
